2nd Grade 

Hello, friends!  

This week, we are going to practice writing the names of objects that we see and read one story. 

We will also play a scavenger hunt game during our Zoom call on Wednesday. See you there!

1) Remember "writing the room"? You will practice your writing and spelling by writing 10 names of objects you see around you. Show me your work by asking an adult to help you take a picture of your work and email it to me or bring your work to our Zoom meeting on Wednesday.

This week, we will be reading one story from Learning A-Z and playing a game of Scattergories. We will also have a Scavenger Hunt during our zoom call on Wednesday.

1) Have you ever played Scattergories before? We will play a slightly different version since we are playing remotely. Our letter is "M". I want you to fill in the blanks with words that begin with the letter M. If you write an answer, you will earn 1 point. If you write an answer that no one else writes, you will earn 2 points. The person with the most points wins!

Please write down your words and bring your list to our Zoom call on Wednesday.
